About the Role

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be a critical part of our supply chain operation. Your primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials throughout our large-scale warehouse facility. You will be expected to operate various types of forklifts, including both sit-down and stand-up models, to manage inbound and outbound logistics.

Core Duties and Expectations

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Key tasks will involve safely operating a forklift to move products, loading and unloading shipments from trucks and containers, and transporting materials to and from storage bays and production areas. You will also be required to check inventory accuracy using RF scanners or similar devices, conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks, and help to organize the warehouse and maintain cleanliness. You must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely and efficiently, and be prepared to work as part of a cooperative, fast-paced team.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals who possess a Valid Forklift Operator Certification and have 1-2 Years of Warehouse Forklift Experience Required. A High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) is preferred, demonstrating the ability to read and comprehend instructions and complete basic paperwork. Essential skills include strong spatial awareness for navigating tight warehouse spaces, meticulous attention to detail to prevent damage to products and equipment, and good basic math and inventory skills for accurate record-keeping. Commitment to adherence to safety protocols and possession of excellent teamwork and communication skills are non-negotiable for maintaining a safe and productive workplace in the United States of America.
