Experience: 2-5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or a supervisory/management role within the hospitality sector.

Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, exceptional customer service focus, proficiency in hotel management software, financial acumen (budgeting, reporting), and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B), manage budgets and financial records, lead and train departmental staff, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
