This position is based in our high-volume production kitchen, where you will be instrumental in the large-scale preparation of various menu items, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, all designed for in-flight service. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of food quality, taste, and consistency, while strictly adhering to all domestic and international food safety regulations, including stringent hygiene and temperature control mandates essential to the airline industry.
