The visa process generally involves the company securing a work permit from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, followed by the candidate applying for an entry visa at the Kuwaiti embassy or consulate in their home country. Further procedures, including a medical examination upon arrival in Kuwait and the issuance of your residence permit and Civil ID, are mandatory steps we will assist you in understanding. We will provide instructional links to official government and embassy websites for all required documentation and procedural details, such as medical certificate requirements and police clearance. Any potential for a work visa, free visa, on-arrival visa, or other program is solely at the discretion of the Kuwaiti government or may be an employee benefit offered by the company after the job contract is finalized.
