Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.   

• Assisting clients with mobility and safe transfers (bed to chair, etc.).

• Administering bedside care and assisting with light housekeeping or meal prep.

• Monitoring patient status and reporting changes to registered nurses or family.

• Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors and those with disabilities   

• Documenting daily activities and health observations in accordance with provincial standards.
