The primary function of this role is two-fold: to ensure all food production areas meet rigorous industrial sanitation standards and to manage the high-volume cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will be responsible for heavy-duty cleaning of floors, walls, and machinery, using specialized cleaning chemicals and industrial-grade equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers. This requires significant physical stamina, strength, and a constant commitment to safety procedures.

As a Dishwasher, you will operate high-capacity commercial dishwashing units to clean all service ware, pots, pans, and utensils used in our client's food operations. Key responsibilities include carefully scraping, sorting, and racking items, monitoring detergent levels, and ensuring that all items are thoroughly sanitized before being returned to circulation. Attention to detail is paramount to prevent cross-contamination and maintain the health and safety of the facility. You will also assist with receiving, unpacking, and correctly storing cleaning supplies and chemicals. We value reliability and a positive team attitude, as this role involves working closely with other sanitation and production staff during busy shift rotations. On-the-job training covering all required safety and equipment operation procedures will be provided.
