The compensation package is competitive, offering a base monthly salary of USD 2000-2800, commensurate with experience and performance. Additional incentives may be available based on delivery volume and customer ratings.

Regarding your work authorization, it is critical to understand the process for non-EU citizens. The company is not an authorized visa provider and cannot guarantee a visa. We will guide you through the initial steps. Your employment offer from us will serve as a foundational document for your Italian work permit application (Nulla Osta), which your prospective employer in Italy must apply for. This is part of the Decreto Flussi (annual quota for non-EU workers), which has a limited application window and quota set by the Italian government.

Once the work permit (Nulla Osta) is secured by the company, you must then apply for the Italian National Visa (D-Type) at the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Upon arrival in Italy with a valid work visa, you will be required to apply for a Residence Permit (Permesso di Soggiorno) within eight days.
