Important Note on Visa and Immigration

Marriot International, in its role as the job poster, is committed to providing information and guidance to successful international candidates regarding the required French work authorization and visa application process.

We want to be perfectly clear: We are NOT a visa or immigration authority. We do not create, promise, or guarantee the issuance of any visa (e.g., job visa, work visa, or any program for a free/on-arrival visa). We are only the details provider and guide.

For non-EU candidates, securing a job offer and having a sponsoring employer in France is typically the crucial first step for a work visa application. Following a successful job offer, we will provide guidance on the necessary procedures. This will include detailed information on the standard process, such as the employer applying for work authorization (autorisation de travail) through the competent French labor department (DIRECCTE), which then enables the employee to apply for a long-stay visa equivalent to a residence permit (VLS-TS) at the French Consulate or Embassy in their country of residence. We will guide you by giving information and details about the process, but the ultimate responsibility for application, submission of documents, meeting requirements, and payment of government fees lies solely with the candidate. The final decision on granting a visa or work permit rests entirely with the French authorities.

We encourage all qualified individuals with a passion for accuracy and an interest in working in France to apply.
