As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be instrumental in the production of high-quality, precision parts. Your primary duties will involve the setup, operation, and monitoring of our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery, which includes both mills and lathes. A basic understanding of machining principles is essential, and you must be comfortable reading technical documents like blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate reliability, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn our specific processes. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply pushing buttons; you will be expected to make minor adjustments to machine offsets, perform routine quality inspections using precision tools (like calipers and micrometers), and assist with daily machine maintenance to ensure peak operational efficiency.
