Blueprint reading, G-Code knowledge, precision measurement (calipers/micrometers), attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, basic machine maintenance.
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (mills/lathes); read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints; monitor machine performance and adjust settings; perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments; follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be instrumental in the production of high-quality, precision parts. Your primary duties will involve the setup, operation, and monitoring of our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery, which includes both mills and lathes.
