The role involves crucial customer service and operational tasks. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures, verifying travel documents, managing boarding gates, and providing accurate flight information and directions. Attention to detail in handling passenger baggage queries and ensuring compliance with all airport and airline security protocols are core aspects of this position. Securing a work visa for Qatar is a standard process that must be completed to legally work and reside in the country. We do not issue or guarantee any type of visa or immigration status. To process your work authorization, the hiring company, acting as your sponsor, will apply for an Entry Visa on your behalf with the Ministry of Interior. Once all medical and security checks are cleared, the Entry Visa will be converted into a Work Residence Permit, which is essential for working in the country.
