Important Note on Work Visa/Work Permit:

We must emphasize that Fincas del Sol is not authorized to issue or guarantee a work visa, work permit, or any kind of travel status to any applicant. The provision of the employment contract is only the first step. Securing the legal right to live and work in Spain is the responsibility of the individual candidate.

Upon extending a formal job offer, the company will provide a valid, stamped employment contract and all required company documentation to support your application for a Spanish work visa, most commonly the Seasonal Work Visa (Visa de trabajo de temporada) or the standard Work Visa (Autorización de Residencia y Trabajo por Cuenta Ajena), depending on the contract duration. We will guide you through the process, which starts with the employer initiating the work authorization request with the Spanish Provincial Aliens Affairs Office (Oficina de Extranjería).

Once the initial work authorization is approved in Spain, we will provide guidance and direction to the official channels and Spanish government websites where you must apply for your entry visa at the Spanish consulate or visa center in your country of residence. This guidance will cover the required documents, such as the criminal record certificate, medical certificate, and the steps for registering upon arrival in Spain. We are strictly a provider of details and guidance, not an authorized agent or guarantor of visa approval.

Process to Apply:

Interested candidates for the General Farm Worker position should submit their current resume/CV and a brief letter expressing their commitment to farm work. Successful applicants will receive a job offer, including the necessary paperwork required to begin their work authorization and visa application process, which they must pursue independently using the guidance we provide.
