Upon extending a formal job offer, our company will initiate the employer-side of the process, which primarily involves applying for the Nulla Osta (Certificate of No Impediment) through the Italian Sportello Unico per l'Immigrazione (SUI), particularly under the Decreto Flussi quota for non-EU/EEA workers. This Nulla Osta is the essential document that confirms a specific job has been offered to you.

We will provide comprehensive guidance on the subsequent steps you must take. This includes applying for the long-stay Type D (National) work visa at the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country, which requires the approved Nulla Osta. We will also guide you on the final step—applying for the Permesso di Soggiorno (Residence Permit) within eight days of your arrival in Italy. We serve only as a provider of details and step-by-step guidance, directing you to the correct official governmental resources for precise documentation and requirements, as the rules are subject to change based on the annual quota and your country of origin.
