An immediate opening is available for a reliable OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE in India (Remote (Work from Home)). If you are eager to contribute and build your experience, we would love to connect with you.

Daily Duties & Tasks

• Remote Job
• Plan, coordinate and manage the complete execution of Thinking assessments' product, for group of schools.
• Manage and improve the logistics work of assessments delivery, in coordination with Internal team/ partners and clients and partners.
• Maintain a robust, proactive and professional communication between the open door team and school team, to enhance the experience and support during the program.
• Prepare and work on all forms of reports, performance analysis and inputs and data necessary for the schools.
• Observe, reflect and improve the efficiency of work in all the aspects, individually as well as for the team, through constant upskilling and improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Advance MS Excel
• Business Communication – verbal and written
• Planning and Organizing
• Time Management
• Proficiency in science and mathematics (up to Class 10) will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional Organizational skill required - both in terms of Planning and Time management.

Compensation & Work Details

• Compensation: ₹3,50,000 – ₹4,00,000 per year (based on experience).
• Working Arrangement: Full Time (Remote (Work from Home)).
