Responsibilities: Retrieving and distributing luggage trolleys/carts for hotel guests, Assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage onto trolleys, Maintaining cleanliness and order of trolley storage areas, Transporting guest luggage to/from rooms as needed, Assisting front desk/bell staff with minor tasks.
