About the Role

As a Qualified Electrician, you will be a vital part of our operational team, handling complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repair tasks across various commercial and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities (A detailed breakdown of the work you'll be doing):

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical systems, lighting, and control equipment in commercial and industrial settings.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment using specialized testing apparatus and hand tools.
• Adhere strictly to the German electrical safety regulations, primarily the VDE standards, and other relevant local codes.
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute installations.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance inspections to ensure system functionality and longevity.
• Complete detailed documentation for all work performed, including maintenance logs and fault reports.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, other tradespeople, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Commit to continuous professional development and stay updated with new electrical technologies and safety protocols.

Required Candidate Profile

We are looking for motivated individuals who possess the following essential qualifications, experience, and skills:

• Qualifications: A recognized professional qualification such as a Vocational Training Certificate (Gesellenbrief), or an equivalent electrical engineering diploma or degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience with PLC/automation systems is a significant advantage.

• Skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical electrical blueprints and schematics.
  • Practical knowledge and application of local German electrical codes (VDE) and safety regulations.
  • Good command of the German language (B1-B2 level preferred) for safety, technical communication, and team integration.
  • High level of safety consciousness, reliability, and excellent time management skills.
