Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Desktop, including data modeling and DAX; solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and presentation abilities for conveying data insights; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for key business metrics; extract, transform, and load data from various hospitality systems using Power Query; collaborate with hotel management stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications; perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
