Skills: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and project-specific codes, Certified Lead Auditor or relevant certifications (e.g., CSWIP, NACE), Strong command of English, Ability to lead and train inspection teams, Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities: Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan, Conduct internal and external quality audits, Lead a team of QC inspectors, Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Review and approve vendor and contractor quality documentation.
