Qualifications: Graduate Pass (Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred)

Experience: 1 year in Hotel Operations, Supervisory, or Customer Service role

Skills: Strong communication skills, Reliability, Time management, Problem-solving, Customer relationship management, Basic financial acumen, Team leadership ability, Attention to detail, Proactive approach, Willingness to complete training
