Rheinland Agrar GmbH is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Harvesting Labourer to support our seasonal and ongoing agricultural operations in the German countryside. This is a crucial role helping to bring in the harvest and maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. We are looking for hard-working candidates who are reliable and ready to commit to a physical, outdoor role.

The monthly salary equivalent, estimated in USD, reflects a competitive wage based on full-time hours, adhering to German labor law and minimum wage requirements. The final gross amount in Euros will be outlined in your official job contract.

The work environment is fast-paced during peak season, demanding excellent teamwork and a strong work ethic. While previous agricultural experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory; all successful candidates will receive essential on-the-job training.
