As a harvesting laborer and fruit packer, you will be responsible for the careful handling of fresh Canadian produce from the field to the final packaging stage.

Our role is to provide you with the necessary details and guide you through the official government application channels.

For agricultural roles such as fruit packing and harvesting, the primary legal pathway is the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) – Agricultural Stream. We will guide you on how to apply for a work permit once a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) has been approved. Under this specific stream, many employers prioritize physical fitness and work ethic over formal credentials. Consequently, for these specific seasonal roles in 2026, a formal degree, an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA), or an IELTS score are generally not mandatory requirements for the work permit, provided you can demonstrate basic communication for safety and operational purposes. We also provide information on "Visa Scholarship" style initiatives, which often refer to employer-supported programs where the employer covers the mandatory LMIA fees and may provide housing or transportation assistance.

The application journey usually begins with a formal job offer and a positive LMIA confirmation from the employer. You will then be guided to the official Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) portal to submit your work permit application. You will be instructed on how to book your biometrics and complete a medical exam if required. We provide the information and the step-by-step instructions to ensure you follow the correct legal procedures, but the final decision remains entirely with the Canadian authorities.

To apply, please submit your basic contact details and a brief summary of your work readiness. Shortlisted candidates will receive our comprehensive information pack to begin their Canadian work visa process.
