The visa process in Dubai is strictly regulated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE). Once a formal job offer is accepted, the standard procedure begins with the employer applying for a work permit and an entry permit (often called a pink visa). After you enter the country, you must undergo a mandatory medical fitness test at a government-approved health center, which includes screenings for specific infectious diseases. Following a successful medical result, you will be guided to apply for an Emirates ID, which involves biometric data collection.
