Apply for Jobs

As a Process Worker, you will be a vital part of the food manufacturing process. Your main work will involve operating, monitoring, and cleaning the equipment used to process raw food materials into finished products. You must be comfortable working on a fast-paced production line, which may involve repetitive tasks, and sometimes working in cool room conditions (protective gear is provided). The most important part of this job is a strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.

This role is not simply about physical labour; it requires an attentive mind to ensure the quality of every product. You will constantly check that the ingredients and products meet the company’s strict quality standards. Workers will be trained on the correct procedures for mixing, cooking, cooling, and handling various food items. You must be prepared to maintain and sterilise machinery according to a strict schedule to prevent contamination, as safety is our top priority.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate reliability and an excellent work ethic. Shift work, including night shifts or early mornings, is common in food manufacturing and often attracts higher hourly rates. This job is most needed in areas like Melbourne and its industrial suburbs in Victoria, where major food processing facilities are located. The competitive salary reflects the urgent need for skilled and dependable workers in this sector.

We understand that candidates from outside Australia may need assistance with the relocation process. If you are successful in securing a job offer, the company may be able to support you by providing the necessary sponsorship to apply for an Australian work visa.

Please Note on Visa Sponsorship: A job offer is the necessary first step for most Australian work visas, such as the Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (Subclass 482). If a job offer is extended, the company may assist by officially nominating your role, allowing you to then apply for the work visa with the Australian government. The visa application, approval, and associated government fees are the responsibility of the applicant. We only provide the job offer and guidance on the process. We encourage all international applicants to research the official Australian work visa requirements, including any required English language tests and skills assessments, before applying.

This position offers not only a competitive income but also the chance to work in a country with high worker protections, excellent healthcare, and a secure future. We are ready to welcome committed new workers to our team.
