You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every patron. This includes accurately processing food and beverage orders, efficiently managing payment transactions, and ensuring the food counter and seating areas adhere to strict hygiene and presentation standards. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professional interaction and quick resolution of any issues is key to this role. You will also be expected to assist with general counter duties such as refilling condiments and packaging takeout orders.

Following this, the employee needs to complete a medical examination and obtain a police clearance certificate in their home country. An entry visa is then issued, which allows travel to Kuwait. Upon arrival, the employer will handle the final steps, including medical screening, fingerprinting, and obtaining the final residency permit (Iqama) and Civil ID card. It is possible that the hiring company may offer a visa sponsorship or a program to facilitate the work visa, but we cannot make any guarantees on their behalf regarding cost or type of visa (e.g., free visa, on-arrival visa).
