The Role and Expectations

Candidate Profile

We are targeting experienced candidates who have ideally completed a formal apprenticeship or hold a recognised vocational qualification in welding or fabrication. A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in a related industrial or manufacturing setting is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to handle common welding challenges and maintain consistent quality.
