Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with airside flight coordinators and capture key flight information.

• Retrieve all meal figures received via telex or customer systems and share with departments.

• Create daily pick lists and ensure HMRC processes are followed.

• Update and maintain meal figures into the system.

• Print labels for airlines and complete compliance documentation (HACCP etc.).

• Report accidents or incidents and ensure corrective action.

• Support new ideas and improvements in processes.

Required Skills:

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Strong IT knowledge (MS Word, Excel).

• Ability to manage deadlines and solve problems.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and accurate.

• Team player with self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the airline catering industry.

• Graduate Pass, Diploma Holder.

Standard Salary:
