As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial, foundational role in the execution of our daily site operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the skilled tradespeople and site supervisors by providing essential physical support. Key duties include the diligent loading and unloading of all construction materials—such as cement bags, steel bars, bricks, and timber—ensuring they are safely moved to designated areas. You will be instrumental in general site clean-up and debris removal, which is vital for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This includes sweeping, organizing materials, and disposing of waste according to site regulations.

A significant part of the role involves assisting skilled tradesmen like masons, carpenters, and electricians with their daily tasks, which may include mixing concrete, preparing simple tools, or carrying components. You will also be responsible for various basic digging and excavation work as instructed by the supervisor, often involving manual tools. Above all, you must commit to strictly ensuring site safety compliance by wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following all safety protocols to prevent accidents.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate exceptional physical stamina for heavy lifting and the capacity to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods under various weather conditions. Successful candidates must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability to listen and follow supervisor instructions precisely and safely is non-negotiable. While previous experience in construction or manual labor is beneficial, we are willing to consider candidates with No Experience Required who are eager to learn and dedicate themselves to the job.
