Role Summary

An immediate vacancy is open for a HR & Admin Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-Site (Dubai, Dubai)) to support ongoing business activities.

Daily Duties & Tasks

Here are the primary tasks you will be handling in this role:

Note: Females with family sponsored visa will be preferred.
Manage employee records, documentation, and HR files.
MS-Excel proficiency is compulsory.
Handle visa typing, visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate and manage the WPS (Wages Protection System) process for employees.
Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll information and salary processing.

Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in HR administration, visa processing, and WPS/payroll is preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE labour and visa-related procedures.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Work Details

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month (based on experience).
Position Nature: Full Time • On-Site (Dubai, Dubai).
