Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The Floor Supervisor role requires candidates to meet the following qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preference will be given to those with a background in hospitality, management, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve guest complaints.
  • A good understanding of hotel operations and customer service standards.
• Experience: Both freshers and candidates with prior experience in the hospitality sector are encouraged to apply. Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required.
• Age: Candidates aged 20-40 years old are preferred.
• Language: Good English communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
