Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Cabin Crew Members to join our team in Kuwait, with free visa sponsorship for 2024. As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Emergency Procedures

• Ensure the safety of passengers and crew members by following safety procedures and protocols
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid as needed

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including greeting, serving, and assisting with their needs
• Offer food and beverage services, and handle cash and credit transactions
• Resolve passenger complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Cabin Preparation and Maintenance

• Prepare the cabin for flight, including cleaning, restocking, and conducting safety checks
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight
• Report any defects or issues with cabin equipment or supplies to the flight deck crew

Teamwork and Communication

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the flight
• Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers, crew members, and flight deck crew
• Participate in pre-flight briefings and debriefings to discuss safety, customer service, and operational issues

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a cabin crew training program approved by the Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority
• Valid medical certificate and ability to pass a medical examination

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cabin crew member or in a related customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Physical and Medical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time
• Pass a medical examination and hold a valid medical certificate
• Ability to work in a pressurized cabin and adapt to changing air pressure
