Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy trucks and trailers in compliance with Dutch and EU road safety regulations.
  • Ensure the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of goods.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance needs.
• Route Management:
  • Plan routes efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

• Cargo Handling:
  • Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
  • Handle loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety procedures.
• Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery reports.
  • Comply with all Dutch and EU regulations on driving hours, rest periods, and load limits.
• Customer Service:
  • Communicate professionally with clients upon delivery.
  • Resolve issues related to shipments, such as delays or damaged goods, in coordination with the logistics team.

Qualifications and Requirements:
