Job Description

Carrefour is hiring supermarket staff to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As a supermarket staff member, you will assist customers, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.

You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

1. Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
2. Help customers find products and provide recommendations.
3. Restock shelves and organize products.
4. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
5. Operate cash registers and process customer payments.
6. Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
7. Keep track of stock levels and report low inventory.
8. Ensure products are properly labeled with prices.
9. Assist with setting up displays and promotions.
10. Ensure items are properly stocked and rotated (first in, first out).
11. Help with bagging groceries and carrying them to customer vehicles if needed.
12. Monitor store cleanliness and follow health and safety protocols.
13. Assist with store opening and closing duties.
14. Provide feedback to management about customer preferences.
15. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
