Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands, with free visa sponsorship for 2024. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, while maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are executed according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, including setting project goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are executed according to plan.
• Manage and coordinate site personnel, including laborers, technicians, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit reports to project managers and clients, including progress reports, site reports, and quality control reports.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that expenses are within allocated limits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on site engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
