Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Carry out regular maintenance on Metso’s equipment, including machinery and other technical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime for clients.
• Perform on-site repairs and upgrades as required.

2. Customer Service Support

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Provide technical advice and support on-site or over the phone.

3. Installation & Setup

• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment for clients.
• Ensure that all systems are fully operational and meet Metso’s high standards.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Keep accurate records of all service work completed, including reports on equipment performance and customer feedback.
• Maintain detailed service logs to ensure all tasks are documented and compliant with internal procedures.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for improving service processes and product performance.
• Suggest improvements based on feedback from customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Education
