Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, or quality management. At least 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role, preferably in a regulated industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing quality strategies and policies. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Certifications such as ASQ CQE or CQA are desirable.
