Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance team and ensure that all products and processes meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure that the company complies with all relevant Australian and international regulations and standards.

• Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality measures into all phases of product development and delivery.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the quality department and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential quality risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints and product recalls.
• Team Development:
  • Mentor and develop the quality team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
  • Ensure proper training programs are in place to enhance the skills and capabilities of the quality staff.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.
