About the Job
As a Produce Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring the produce section is fully stocked, organized, and presented attractively to customers. You will work closely with the produce team to handle fresh fruits, vegetables, and other produce items, ensuring they meet Walmart’s high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock produce shelves and displays with fresh fruits, vegetables, and other items.
- Ensure all produce items are properly rotated and removed if they are not up to standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce section.
- Assist customers by answering questions about produce and helping them locate items.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure proper labeling and pricing of all produce items.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper handling and storage of produce.
- Assist in the unloading of deliveries and organizing back stock.
- Work with the team to ensure the department is clean, safe, and well-stocked throughout the day.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs).
- Friendly and approachable, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in retail or stocking is an asset, but not required.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
