Job Description: As a Package Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting packages to their destinations across Dubai. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure delivery of parcels to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate company-provided vehicles to deliver packages to customers within designated timeframes.
2. Follow pre-planned delivery routes and adapt to changes as required.
3. Verify and document package contents and ensure accurate delivery by matching packages with delivery addresses.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
5. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
6. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
9. Report any delivery issues, vehicle malfunctions, or accidents to management promptly.
10. Uphold company standards for productivity, efficiency, and professionalism.
