Jio, India's leading telecom operator, is looking for passionate and talented Help Desk Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our subscribers and helping them to resolve their technical issues.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues, such as problems with internet connectivity, voice calling, and messaging.
- Provide information about Jio's products and services, including plans, features, and pricing.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of networking and telecommunications is a plus.
