The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Jio customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide technical support to customers
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team members as needed
• Stay up-to-date on Jio products and services
• Understand and follow Jio's policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
