Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Resolve guest complaints or issues quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
• 0-2 years of experience in guest services, hotel management, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
• A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
