As part of the Guest Experience team, you will be the face of Marriott for our guests, ensuring that their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are positive and memorable.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest comfort.
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure smooth guest service.
- Assist with special requests and events as needed.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in guest services, hotel management, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
