Job Summary: The Food Packaging Helper will be responsible for assisting in the packaging process of various food products. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all packaging meets the company's standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging Process:
   • Assist in the packaging of food products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
   • Operate packaging machinery and equipment under supervision.
   • Ensure that packaging materials and products are handled safely and hygienically.
2. Quality Control:
   • Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
   • Ensure that all packaged products meet the quality standards of the company.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
3. Inventory Management:
   • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of packaging materials.
   • Notify the supervisor of any shortages or issues with packaging supplies.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
   • Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
   • Participate in safety training sessions and comply with safety guidelines.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
   • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
   • Assist in other areas of the production process as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food packaging or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
