Job Description: Rosneft is seeking a talented Remote Operations Specialist to join our team in Russia. As a Remote Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations from a remote location. You will collaborate with various teams and departments to facilitate efficient workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain operational systems remotely, ensuring uninterrupted performance.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to coordinate activities and address operational challenges.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures and best practices.
- Participate in planning and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to remote operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in remote operations or a similar role.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with energy industry operations and processes is preferred.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
