Job Description
River Advice is looking for enthusiastic Cruise Attendants to join their onboard hospitality team. This role involves ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for passengers throughout their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome passengers and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide information about cruise schedules and onboard activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of cabins and public areas.
- Serve meals and beverages in dining areas.
- Assist passengers with special requests or concerns.
- Monitor and ensure passenger safety during the cruise.
- Coordinate with the team to manage daily operations seamlessly.
- Handle luggage and assist during embarkation and disembarkation.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report any shortages.
- Uphold the company’s high standards of hospitality and service.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Basic problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Physical fitness to handle tasks involving standing and lifting.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a bonus but not mandatory.
