About the Job

As a Courier Boy at Wolt, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering food orders from restaurants to customers in various cities across Finland. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities

1. Food Deliveries

• Pick up food orders from Wolt’s restaurant partners and deliver them to customers’ addresses.
• Ensure that deliveries are made on time and in the best possible condition.

2. Route Management

• Use Wolt's app to find the best routes for your deliveries.
• Ensure efficient and timely navigation to avoid delays.

3. Customer Interaction

• Provide excellent customer service by being polite and professional during deliveries.
• Assist with handling any customer concerns or questions in a friendly manner.

4. Handling Payments

• Collect payments if required, ensuring all financial transactions are properly managed.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and payments.

5. Maintaining Equipment

• Maintain and ensure the proper use of delivery equipment, including bags and mobile devices.
• Report any equipment issues to the management team for prompt resolution.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education is required, but basic reading and writing skills are necessary for delivery instructions and navigating the app.

Experience
